Court Rules & Release
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these rules while using The Alley's pickleball court. All players must acknowledge our liability waiver prior to play.
Reservation Rules
- The Alley does not provide any equipment (ie paddles or pickleballs).
- Only registered players may use the reserved court.
- Court time begins and ends at your scheduled reservation. Please exit promptly at the end of your session.
- Wear non-marking athletic shoes at all times.
- No food, gum, or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the court.
- Treat the court and equipment with care and practice good sportsmanship.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. All sales are final.
- The Alley reserves the right to refuse service for rule violations.
Assumption of Risk & Privacy Waiver
By reserving or using the pickleball court at The Alley, you acknowledge participation involves inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless The Alley, its owners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
