Sometimes the best opportunities are the ones you never planned.
The Alley began almost by accident. When the former bowling alley in Archbold came up for auction, Charles and Sharon weren't sure they wanted the building. On the morning of the auction, Charles called Sharon and asked her to meet him there. By the time she arrived, she was told the building had already sold. When she asked if she knew the new owner, the answer was, "Yeah... you know him."
That unexpected moment sparked a new vision.
Today, The Alley is being transformed into a welcoming gathering place for the community. Whether you're meeting family and friends, hosting a business meeting, enjoying a meal from one of our food vendors, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee, The Alley is a place to connect, unwind, and feel at home.
We're excited to create a space where great food, good company, and community come together.
